My name is Colton Manley,
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 8 years of coaching experience as an American Ninja Warrior Coach. I’m a prior enlisted Infantry Marine, current service member in the Utah National guard pursuing an Army Special Forces career, and a husband to my wife; Emily.
I was born in Payson, Utah, raised in West Jordan, Utah, went to High School in West Haven, Utah, and eventually moved to Tremonton, Utah where my wife and I currently reside. While in High School, I started working as an American Ninja Warrior Coach for Ninja Warehouse in Ogden, Utah. I also attend Weber State University pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science.
While in college, I enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserve. During my time in recruit training, I graduated as the “Iron Man” for Company D, 1st Recruit Training Battalion, having the highest scores on both the Physical Fitness Test and Combat Fitness Test in my company—naming me “the most physically fit Marine” amongst 530 fellow Marines.
Following my training, I was transferred to Infantry Training Battalion, Camp Pendleton, California where I graduated as an 0311 Infantry Rifleman. It was there that I was introduced to my now wife, Emily. After which, I was transferred to Company C, 4th Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, Riverton, Utah, serving as an 0311 Light Armored Reconnaissance Scout. With Company C, I also earned the highest scores on the PFT and CFT in my company on several occasions, and was selected for the Marine of the Quarter in October of 2021. During my time there, I served as a Scout Team Leader in First Platoon.
With 3 years of experience in the Marine Corps, I transferred to the Utah National Guard to pursue a career as a Special Forces Green Beret.
I have so many passions, but fitness is my number one. So I created Bullet-Proof Training in order to help people like you achieve your fitness dreams. So…lets do it!
